Before you can figure out how to get to where you want to go, you need to first define where you want to go, who you want to go there with, and what makes going there important to you. If you know what your vision for success is for your life, it makes it a lot easier to look at the choices you are presented with and trust yourself to make the best decision with the information you have at the time.
LEARN
who you are now, and how your actions are misaligned with what you want.
Once you know where you want to go, it is time to figure out what obstacles are in your way. Even though most of us don't want to admit it, the biggest obstacle that you encounter is yourself. You must create awareness around when and how you get in your way so that you can change your behavior when you recognize that you are sabotaging yourself.
IGNITE
the authentic you.
Most of the time you aren't showing up as the true version of yourself. You put on a show depending on what you want to hide about yourself and/or what you want other people to think about you. You might hide the way you feel or don't say what you are really thinking. You probably have some individuals in your life that you can be yourself with but around most people you are afraid to show who you really are. Who you are is good enough and when you embrace that belief, what you can accomplish is limitless. Don't be held back by fear any longer.
GAME PLAN
the actions and resources you need to live the life you want.
You know where you want to go and you know who you need to be to get there. Your biggest obstacle has been removed. Now is the best time to create a plan that can guide you to reach your goals. You will have a sounding board to bounce ideas off of when you are developing your plan and figuring out how you are going to accomplish it. Support will be provided as you learn to work with the tools you have acquired and gain the skills, expertise, or resources necessary to live the life you want.
NOURISH
your plan through refinement, support and accountability.
You are on your way to becoming the authentic version of yourself, and are making progress towards the life you want to live. You are gentle with yourself as you are learning to live life differently and show up as you. As you start to embrace this new reality, do you need to make any changes to your plan? Are there other things you want to add to the vision of your best life? When you show up differently, the people in your life may not like it and are going to question and challenge you. Through ongoing coaching, you will have the support and accountability provided how and when you need it to continue to work your plan.

ALIGNMENT CUBE
A simple, yet powerful tool that helps you visualize and account for all of the important elements of your life at once. As you participate in life, you seek to align all of the different elements in the way that works best for you in the moment. There are many different ways that the puzzle can be solved to reach alignment, and at different times in our life we focus on each of the elements with varying levels of significance and intensity. We use this tool to aid in defining the life you want, and track your progress in building that life.
Have you already identified one or more areas of life you are struggling in? Are you not sure where you are struggling but know deep down that something is off? How focused are you on each of the nine elements of life?
Do you want to focus on taking better care of your mind and body?
